The soft gel-packs can be positioned anywhere inside the adjustable wrist and hand compression wrap for accurate placement of ice or heat. The thin material covering over the soft gel-packs has Velcro material that holds the placement of the soft-gel packs anywhere inside the wrist and hand wrap. The stay soft gel-packs mold to your wrist and hand and will not become rigid like standard ice packs. The combination of the protective sleeve and the adjustable wrist and hand compression wrap give you the ultimate hot or cold therapy treatment for your wrist and/or hand.  Use it anytime your active or relaxing.
